Dear Colleagues, VIII. International Congress on Curriculum and Instruction (ICCI-EPOK 2021), with the main theme of "Program studies in lifelong learning", will be hosted (online) by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Education in cooperation with the Turkish Association of Curriculum and Instruction (EPÖDER).
ICCI-EPOK 2020 will include inspiring keynote speeches, and panel sessions and oral presentations on curriculum and instruction studies in Turkey and in the world. Due to the plurality of the theme, topics of the congress will be determined to cover a wide range area. The congress is expected to contribute to the development of education programs in formal and non-formal education with a contemporary understanding.
Abstract submission to the congress begins on the 1st of June 2020 and continious until the 15th of February 2021. After the review process, all accepted abstracts and full papers of the participants who submit their manuscripts for publication will be published electronically.

Announcement
To our dear colleagues and those who are interested in the congress,
As you know, since December 2019, a pandemic-epidemic issue caused by the Covid-19 virus has been on the agenda of the whole world. As you all know, people live their lives in long term quarantines around the world, as it is in Turkey, and we also have to communicate with people by keeping a certain distance in non-quarantine times. Despite all the precautions taken, millions of people have been affected by the spread of the virus and continue to be affected. We express our sorrow for those who lost their lives and wish all patients who struggle to survive urgent healing. In addition, we would like to express our gratitude to both the healthcare professionals fighting the epidemic in hospitals and the scientists working in laboratories to eliminate the epidemic for not hesitating to put their lives on risk.
For the reason mentioned above, we would like to announce that the congress, which we initially determined as the dates of 7-10 October 2020, has been postponed to 24-26 March 2021.
